Upcoming Events
GROUP CLASS:
Group Class will be held May 12 - 16. It will be much better for the group classes to be able to meet just prior to our end-of-year recital on May 17.
RECITAL:
May 17th at Legacy Village, 3:00 PM.
The May recital will be held upstairs at Legacy Village - the same place we played at Christmas. We have been welcomed with open arms by the staff and residents (possibly because they kind of goofed up at Christmas) and they are looking forward to our Spring Recital. We are scheduled to begin at 3:00 in the same room where they do church service - upstairs and down a long hall.
SUMMER SCHEDULE:
My summer lesson schedule begins the last week of May.
I would like to hold lessons Monday-Thursday from
1 PM-5PM and Friday from 9AM - 5PM. If you cannot work a lesson into this window, please contact me and we'll see what we can do for the summer. I'm including a link to my studio Google calendar so you can begin scheduling times that work for you.

I feel like the luckiest violin teacher alive because of the wonderful families and young students I get to teach! I am a certified Suzuki teacher and a lifelong student of music. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's in Secondary Music Education.
I came to Utah Valley in 2007 from Las Vegas, Nevada. I have now come full circle from the time I left Provo, in 1984. After leaving the Y, I taught violin in Mesa, Arizona and played with the Mesa Symphony Orchestra for 8 seasons. We then moved our growing family to Rancho Cucamonga, California where I taught lessons and was on the faculty of the Claremont Community Music School.
A move to Las Vegas brought new opportunities in the thriving music community there. Again I taught privately and took on a school program through the Nevada School of the Arts and served on the board of the Las Vegas Mormon Youth Symphony and Chorus. Now that we're back in Utah, I am heading up the string program for Provost Elementary school in the Provo School District as well as teaching privately.
I feel truly blessed to be part of the music and teaching communities everywhere I have lived. There are no better people on earth!

PRACTICE DAILY WITH FOCUS. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY
